Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films, usually horror and martial arts. Similar the character of The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. She began her reviews at the end of 2009 and, when she began to gain some recognition (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa), Allison Pregler became part of Channel Awesome's family. The website remained online through the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was redesigned into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that focus on the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was her debut film. Guest-starring on Midnight Screenings is a regular occasion. It reviews horrendous films aimed at children, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult-oriented comedy. After reviewing films in 2009 the actress gained popularity in the forums of Channel Awesome. Prior to joining the official family that comprises Channel Awesome reviewers, she became popular. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many shows from Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the Channel Awesome family with Doug Walker.
